The BP combined bulk feeder is a new type of product for unloading bulk materials from vehicles. The feeder's upper receiving hopper, after accepting the unloading of loaded vehicles, caches the material in the receiving hopper and conveys it evenly to the next level of conveyor.
Compared with the usual pit unloading method, this product is flexible in arrangement and can reduce investment costs and energy consumption. Compared with the common tape conveyor, it not only has the characteristics of a large conveying capacity of the tape conveyor, but also can achieve stable low-speed conveying and avoid tape slippage and deviation due to the fact that the drawbow|member is a chain and the driving torque drives the chain along the track through the sprocket.
This series has two models, BP200 and BP240. BP200 is usually chosen, but BP240 is recommended if the material pile is lighter than the weight and easy to arch, such as straw.
Note: The conveying volume is calculated based on the material being rice husk and straw biomass fuel, the specific gravity is 0.432t/m3
Conveying method: open conveying. In areas where high dust emission concentrations are permitted; no problems with pollution due to rainfall.
Conveying materials: recommended for conveying materials with low dust content, large particle size and lighter specific gravity such as straw, rice husk, sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips and other biomass fuels, animal feed, waste newspaper, paper, etc.
Applicable industries: Widely used for the first stage conveying of biomass fuel for power generation.
