(1) Speed protection (GSC speed sensor): when the belt conveyor is running, the rotation of the driven roller is unstable for more than 5-10S continuously, and the low speed fault alarm signal is maintained for about 2S, 1S.
(2) Coal pile protection (GUJ30 coal pile sensor): When the coal level sensor guide rod deviates from the centre line by 45 5, it takes 13 seconds to achieve fault protection and shutdown.
(3) Deviation protection (GEJ30 deviation sensor) 3360 When the guide rod of the deviation sensor deviates from the centre line by 15 5, it will take 10s5s to achieve deviation fault protection.
(4) Smoke protection (GQQ0.1 smoke sensor): when smoke is generated, the smoke sensor sends this signal to the main unit, thus immediately realising smoke protection.
(5) Temperature protection (GWD temperature sensor): When the temperature at the monitoring point exceeds the set temperature (80) of the temperature sensor, the product will immediately achieve temperature fault protection.
(6) Emergency stop protection along the line (KHJ emergency stop switch): when the emergency stop switch along the line is opened, the product immediately realises the emergency stop protection function.
(7) Tape tearing protection: When the GVD tape tearing sensor tears the tape, the tape tearing sensor transmits an electrical signal to the host, and the host immediately realizes the stopping protection function.
